The League Treatment Center – Children and Family Treatment and Support Services Program is seeking Social Workers to provide direct services to children and their families.  We are currently seeking a Social Work Supervisor/Director of Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (LCSW) and a Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW).

THE SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR/DIRECTOR (LCSW) will be part of an exciting initiative to develop and supervise a Family and Child centered Home and Community-based Children’s Mental Health Treatment Program in Brooklyn, NY.  
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    5 years of experience identifying and treating children (Birth-21) with Mental Health challenges
•    Commitment to a Family-Centered Treatment model
•    Experience with assessment/diagnosis and treatment planning
•    Knowledge of NYS OMH Regulations and NY State Plan Amendment for Children’s Mental Health Services
•    Provides supervision to Professional and Non-professional direct-care service providers/Ease with facilitation of collaborative treatment team interaction
•    Develop program policies and procedures and documentation
•    Develop outreach/education plan and establish community partnership agreements
•    Interface with Agency Administration and participate as a member of the agency management team
•    Flexibility to work an afternoon/early evening schedule

SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW OR LMSW)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Experience/interest in working with children, ages birth to 21, with Mental Health Challenges
•    Provide clinical services aligned with the Child/Family Centered Treatment Model
•    Position involves assessment/treatment planning and provision of counseling, behavioral treatment planning and rehabilitative support services in Home and Community settings (Other Licensed Professional and Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment Services)
•    Ability to write reports and maintain timely documentation of services
•    Comfort interacting and collaborating with members of treatment team
•    Availability to work an afternoon/early evening schedule
